Joseph Arnold Richardson, 87, of Lachine passed away Monday, January 25, 2021 at home.

Joseph was born on July 26, 1933 in Michigan City, Indiana. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War. On December 24, 1973, he married Naomi Hildreth. She preceded him in death on November 25, 2013. Joseph drove truck most recently for Larry Sumerix. He was a member of the VFW Montmorency County 2356.

Surviving are his four step children, William (Isabel) Hildreth, Bonnie DesRocher, Barbara (Rick Warren) Hall, Beckie (Mark) Thomson; 10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

Mr. Richardson was preceded in death by his stepson, Robert Hildreth; grandson, Alan; and son-in-law, David “Leo” DesRocher.

A graveside service will take place at Evergreen Cemetery in the spring.
