Nora Kleve

Nora Lillian Kleve, 86, of Hubbard Lake passed away Monday, January 25, 2021 at Medilodge of Alpena.

Nora Lillian Liske was born on June 13, 1934 in Flint, Michigan to the late Julius and Anna (Hoeberling) Liske. On October 17, 1959, she married Walter Kleve. He preceded her in death on July 29, 2011. Nora was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church-Hubbard Lake and enjoyed quilting and cooking.

Surviving are her five children, Walter (Kari) Kleve, Arlene Lizotte, Karen Kleve, Jean (Allen) Matuzak, Edward Kleve; 10 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.

Mrs. Kleve was preceded in death by her great granddaughter, McKenna Huber; three siblings, Henry “High Pockets” Liske, Helen Pineo, and Irwin Liske.

Visitation will take place Friday at St. Paul Lutheran Church-Hubbard Lake from 11 a.m. until the funeral service at 1 p.m. with Rev. Joseph Llewellyn officiating. Livestreaming will be available for those unable to attend at www.bannanfuneralhome.com.
