McKenna Lee Huber, 4, passed away suddenly due to complication from Spinal Muscular Atrophy on Friday, October 30, 2020 at MidMichigan Medical Center. “She had SMA but SMA didn’t have her.”
McKenna was born on March 26, 2016 in Pontiac to her parents, Eric Huber and Kaylee Matuzak. She was a loving daughter, enjoying many things in life including, big beautiful trees, bubbles, dance music, all things pretty and playing hide and seek with her friends.
McKenna will be missed by her parents, Eric Huber, Kaylee Matuzak; grandparents, Mike and Brenda Huber, Allen and Jean (Kleve) Matuzak; aunts and uncles, Megan Matuzak, Marissa Matuzak, Sean Kolarik, Ricky Kolarik, Melissa Jacobs, Tyler Meade, Tiffany Meade; great-grandfather, James Matuzak; great-grandmother, Nora Kleve; numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
Preceding her in death was her great-grandmother, Karen Matuzak and great-grandfather, Walter Kleve.
Visitation for McKenna will be at the Bannan Funeral Home on Wednesday from 2-8 p.m. and where the funeral service will take place on Thursday at 11 a.m. with Pastor Michael Potter officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Spinal Muscular Atrophy.
