Lorine Helen Jack, 95, of Boyne City, formerly of Alpena, entered into the peace of her Lord and Saviour Tuesday, May 26, 2020 surrounded by her loving family.
Lorine Helen Mayou was born on May 18, 1925 in Alpena to the late William and Josephine (Boynton) Mayou. On October 15, 1945, she married Devere Jack. He preceded her in death on November 28, 1967. Lorine was a charter member of Huron Shores Fellowship. She loved Jesus and was cherished and loved by many. She will be remembered for her generous thoughtful spirit. Lorine loved to play games with family. She enjoyed spending time at the Alpena Senior Citizen Center and her shopping trips with her girls.

Surviving are her four daughters, Sandra (David) Howell, Diane (Larry) Moers, Jill Jack, Theresa (Kevin) Matz; two grandchildren, Jared Matz and Lauren (fiancé Eric Eaton) Matz; and several nieces and nephews.
Lorine was preceded in death by her siblings, Emma Schryer, William Glennie, Frank Glennie, Margaret Dubey, Ethel McConnell, Arthur Mayou, and Madeline Gagnon.
Visitation will take place Monday, June 1, 2020, at Huron Shores Fellowship from 11 a.m. until the funeral service at 1 p.m. with Rev. Warren Hoffman officiating. Arrangements have been handled by the Bannan Funeral Home.
