Katherine Soldenski

Katherine Soldenski, 90, of Alpena passed away peacefully at home with family at her side on Saturday, June 17, 2023.

Katherine was born in Detroit on September 3, 1932, to the late Flavin and Sally (Smolinski) Soldenski. After graduation from St. Anne’s High School, she moved to Detroit where she worked as secretary and office manager of several companies and manufacturing plants.

Katherine was a huge lover of flowers, gardening, and plants. She was especially fond of animals and all of nature.

Surviving are siblings, Faye Haven of Linden, Gerald (Linda) Soldenski of Lapeer, George (Konnie) Soldenski, John (Linda) Soldenski of Alpena along with several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will take place at a later date. Cremation arrangements have been made by Bannan Funeral Home.
