June Velna Trautmann was born on June 25th, 1927 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Bernhardt and Emma (Panknin) Trautmann. Her family moved to Lockwood Street in Alpena where she enjoyed ice skating on Thunder Bay River with her sister, Evelyn. On July 19th, 1947, she married Patrick Zann. June was a member of All Saints Parish.
In her spare time, she was an avid bowler, a crossword puzzle master, and a talented artist. She will be remembered for a clever sense of humor and her mischievous grin.
