Julie Mowery

Julie Faye Mowery, 75, of Atlanta passed away Thursday, October 24, 2019, at Medilodge of Alpena surrounded by her loving family.

Julie Faye Marsh was born on January 7, 1944, in Detroit, Michigan to the late Harry and Faye (Nichols) Marsh. She enjoyed sewing, playing cards, and raising chickens. Julie loved her family dearly especially her grandchildren.

Surviving are her two sons, Richard (Jennifer) Mowery, Marc Mowery; 9 grandchildren, Daniel (Teagan) Bircher, David (Jordan) Bircher, Harley Glover, Charles Mowery, Dillon Mowery, Parker Gruschke, Kerrigan Gruschke, Jerrod (Sarabrooke) Mowery, Andrew Mowery; two great grandchildren, Xander Bircher, Adlee Bircher; sister, Elaine Knoch; and two brothers, Glenn (Lillian) Marsh and Harley (Maureen) Marsh.

Julie was preceded in death by her daughter, Rebecca Faye Mowery; and infant brother, Lyle.

Memorial visitation will take place Tuesday at Bannan Funeral Home in Alpena from noon until the memorial service at 2 p.m. with Rev. Herbert Kitzman officiating.
