Joseph Paul Timmreck Jr.

Joseph Paul Timmreck Jr., 63, of Lachine passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2022, at MyMichigan Medical Center – Alpena.

Joseph was born May 28, 1958, in Alpena to the late Joseph and Joyce (Mainville) Timmreck. On July 17, 1999, he married Cheryl Young. He worked at Enstar Natural Gas Company in Alaska for 42 years, retiring in 2018. Joseph enjoyed hunting and fishing. His entire family was everything to him.

Surviving are his wife, Cheri; six children, Melissa (Dave) Macko, Joey (Dawn) Timmreck, Tim (Heather) Shiner, Heather Bono, Tracie Simien, JR (Ali) Godin; 20 grandchildren; four great grandchildren; three sisters, Judie Isaacson, Betsy (Richard) Godin, Brenda Timmreck; several nieces and nephews.

Joseph was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert Timmreck, Richard Timmreck; and sister, Carol Timmreck.

Visitation will take place Friday, April 29, 2022, at St. Anne Church of All Saints Parish from 10 a.m. until the Mass of Christian Burial at 12 p.m. with Rev. Tyler Bischoff officiating.
