Joseph William Borgert, age 81, met his Savior on April 22, 2023. He was born in Flint, Michigan to the late Clifford and Dora (Walker) Borgert. Joe leaves his wife of 62 years, Judy (Hartman) to treasure his memories. He resided in Hadley most of his life before he retired from American Aggregate after 30 years of employment. Joe was a devoted Christian and loved to sing the old time hymns at Pleasant Valley Church in Hillman.
Joe loved traveling, fishing, hunting, camping, and playing games with family and friends. Most of all he loved his family and had his own little campground on his property to entertain his friends and family.
Joe is survived by wife Judy; his son, Tim (Maggie) from Goodrich and daughter Tina (Doug) Love of Iowa; four grandchildren: Brian (Caitlin) Love, Crystal (Justin) Kane, David (Tanya) Love, and April (Gideon) Ubben; nine great grandchildren; siblings: Bonnie Badgerow of South Carolina, and Beverly Diffin of Montrose; many extended family members and friends.
A very special thanks to Hampton Manor Assisted Living for the fantastic care during his stay there.
