Ilse Kuhl

Ilse Frida Kuhl, 91, of Ossineke passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at Precious Days Home.

Ilse Frida Domke was born on May 13, 1928 in Pommern, German to the late Herman and Meta (Albrecht) Domke. She married Augustin Kuhl on October 17, 1952. He preceded her in death on January 7, 2014. Ilse was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church – Alpena, the German-American Club and Society of Canary and Finch Breeders.

Mrs. Kuhl is survived by her children, George (Carol) Kuhl, Mary Kuhl and numerous family members in Germany.

She was preceded in death by a sister Gertrude and a brother Kurt.

Memorial visitation will take place Saturday, July 11, 2020 at St. Paul Lutheran Church - Alpena from 12 noon until the memorial service at 1 p.m. with Rev. John Shipman officiating. Cremation arrangements have been handled by the Bannan Funeral Home.
