Henry "Hank" Allen Long

Henry “Hank” Allen Long, 80, of Alpena passed away Thursday March 11, 2021 at Medilodge -Gaylord.

Henry was born in Detroit on July 19, 1940 to the late Kenneth and Marian (Jefferis) Long.  On July 2, 1966 he married Micheline M. Duclos.  He served in the United States Army, enjoyed watching birds, living on Long Lake and spending time with his granddaughter, Bree.

Surviving are his wife Michele; 3 children, Michael (Amy) Long, Patrick (Jodi) Long, Renee (David) Long; granddaughter, Bree; brother, James (Dolores) Long; and sister-in-law, Dee Long.

Mr. Long was preceded in death by brother, Richard Long; and sister, Mary Morze.

Private memorial service has taken place at the Bannan Funeral Home.
