Elenore Pokorzynski

Elenore Ruth Pokorzynski, 91, of Wyoming, Michigan passed away Sunday, January 2, 2022, at home.

Elenore Ruth Schiller was born on April 17, 1930, in Alpena to the late David and Saraphine (Corthals) Schiller. On August 23, 1952, she married Edward Pokorzynski. He preceded her in death on October 17, 1974. Elenore was a member of All Saints Parish.

Surviving are her five children, Arnold (Debbie) Pokorzynski, Steven Pokorzynski, Ann Ludlow, Valerie (Mark) Nickell, Karen (Mark) Goad; three grandchildren, Shane Nickell, Katrina Nickell, Aaron Pokorzynski; four siblings, Adolph (Linda) Schiller, Darwin (Annetta) Schiller, Herman (Judy) Schiller, and Shirley (Tom) Harmon.

Mrs. Pokorzynski was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Raymond Ludlow; five siblings, Auggie Schiller, Erwin Schiller, Gus Schiller, Albert Schiller, and Velma Schiller.

Visitation will take place Thursday at Bannan Funeral Home from 2 p.m. until the parish prayer service at 6 p.m. and continue Friday at St. Anne Church of All Saints Parish from 10 a.m. until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. with Rev. Michael Lingaur officiating.

Interment:  Holy Cross Cemetery
