Edna Helen Hook, 96, of Hillman, Michigan passed away on Sunday, March 8, 2020 at Hillman’s Haven.
Edna Helen Timm was born on November 19, 1923 to the late Edwin and Rosamonda (Pade) Timm. In 1975, she married George Hook, who preceded her in death. Edna worked at the local Avalon Bar in Hillman and Northeast Michigan Community Mental Health.
Surviving are her son, Dale (Sondra) Timm; grandchildren, Brock (Kimberly) Timm of Howell, Danielle (Steve) Davis of Alpena, Andrew (Brandi) Timm of Hillman, Nathan (Amanda) Timm of Alpena; great grandchildren, Kyle, Andrea, Evan, Sheyenne, Hayden, Landen, Juelyonna, Aiyonna, Emmet, Elle; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Hook was preceded in death by her brothers, Edwin (Eleanor) Timm, Rudolf (Tina) Timm; sisters, Ida (Andy) Mamroctski, Emma (Art) Schwenke; nephews, Emil, Donnie; niece, Audre; and great nephew, Tony.
Visitation will take place Thursday at St. John Lutheran Church in Royston from 11 a.m. until the funeral service at 1 p.m. with Rev. Jason Mandley officiating. Arrangements have been handled by the Bannan Funeral Home.
