Donald Kenneth Bartz

Donald Kenneth Bartz, 81, of Hubbard Lake passed away Saturday, August 26, 2023, at Medilodge of Alpena.

Donald was born April 3, 1942, in Alpena to the late Daniel and Lydia (Minke) Bartz. He served in the United States Army and retired from Abitibi. He enjoyed most outdoor activities and lived on the family farm for most of his lifetime.

Surviving are his two daughters, Kris Ann (Ernest) Bybee, Michelle (William) Storms; brother, Marvin (Sally) Bartz; sister-in-law, Jean Bartz; along with numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Donald was preceded in death by his brother, Norman Bartz.

Memorial visitation will take place Friday, September 8, 2023, at Bannan Funeral Home from 11 a.m. until the memorial service at 1 p.m. with Rev. Herb Kitzman officiating.
