Delphine Ann Lewis

Delphine Ann Lewis, 73, of Lachine passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2022.  

Delphine Ann Wikaryasz was born April 20, 1949, in Alpena to the late Robert and MaryAnn (Wisniewski) Wikaryasz. She worked as a nurse at Alpena General Hospital for 37 years retiring in 2005. Delphine was a member of All Saints Parish and volunteered at the Baby Pantry and Children’s Closet. She enjoyed cooking, travel, fishing at Long Lake and the fishing hole, and watching her grandchildren play sports.

Surviving are her two daughters, DeeAnn Irby, Dawn (Greg) Jones; four grandchildren, Harold (Tre’), Jayden, Aubrey, Gunner; four siblings, Darlene (Mike) O’Neil, DeLynn Wikaryasz, Doreen Britton, and Darby Wikaryasz.

Delphine was preceded in death by her son, David Lewis; three brothers, Marvin, Adrian, and Darwin.

Visitation will take place Wednesday at Bannan Funeral Home from 2-8 p.m. with the Nurses Honor Guard and a parish prayer service at 7 p.m. Visitation will continue Thursday at St. Anne Church of All Saints Parish from 10 a.m. until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. with Rev. Tyler Bischoff officiating.

Interment:  Holy Cross Cemetery
