Debra Smith

Debra Lynn Smith, 63, of Barton City passed away Thursday, March 12, 2020, at her son’s home.

Debra Lynn Sobeck was born on February 14, 1957 in Alpena, Michigan to the late Ralph and Barbara (Klein) Sobeck. In November 1975, she married Dallas Minton and later married Daniel Smith on February 14, 1997.

Surviving are her two children, Lisa (Chris) Lorentzen, Dallas (Amy) Minton; 8 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; four brothers, Terry (Lisa) Sobeck, Stephen (Amanda) Bober, Michael Freemen, Curtiss Hilner; sisters, Beverly Bradbury, Tammy Sobeck, Evonne Hepburn, and Sally Smolinski.

Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her infant son, Jesse James Sobeck.

A memorial service will take place at a future date. Cremation arrangements have been handled by the Bannan Funeral Home.
