David Halleck

David Michael Halleck, 69, of Alpena passed away Saturday, January 23, 2021 at MidMichigan Medical Center – Alpena.

Dave was born in Detroit to the late Virgil and Kathryn (Suvanto) Halleck on May 11, 1951.  He married Patricia Krantz on June 16, 1972.  He retired from GM Warren Powertrain Plant in 2008.  He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Surviving are his wife Patricia; 2 daughters, April, Michelle; 2 grandchildren, Adrianna, Michael; brother, Kevin (Leigh) Halleck; 2 sisters, Vicki (David) Howes, Linda Baller; several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Halleck was preceded in death by 2 infant sons, Michael, and Jason.

Cremation arrangements have been handled by the Bannan Funeral Home.  A celebration of life will take place at a later date.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Friend’s Together in Dave’s memory.
