Arlyn Ernest Schultz

Arlyn Ernest Schultz, 73, of Pinconning passed away Monday, June 26, 2023, at Ascension Hospital – Standish.

Arlyn Ernest Schultz was born in Alpena on July 26, 1949, first born twin to the late Albert and Dorothy (Schad) Schultz. Arlyn worked for the State of Michigan Department of Natural Resources until his retirement due to disability. He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church – Hubbard Lake and Boy Scouts of America for numerous years.

Surviving are brother, Marvin (Shelby) Schultz; twin brother, Allyn (Deborah) Schultz; 3 nephews, Michael (Vanessa) Schultz, Mark (Kristen) Schultz, Andrew (Shelley) Schultz; 4 great nieces and nephews.

Mr. Schultz was preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Mary Ellen Schultz and a nephew, Steven Schultz.

Memorial visitation will take place on Saturday, July 1, 2023, at St. Paul Lutheran Church – Hubbard Lake from 10 a.m. until time of the memorial service at 11 a.m. with Rev. Joseph Llewellyn officiating. Cremation arrangements are being handled by the Bannan Funeral Home.
