Angela Minton

Angela Erin Minton, 42, of Alpena passed away Saturday, September 19, 2020 at MidMichigan Medical Center – Midland.

Angela Erin Shields was born on November 6, 1977 in Alpena.  She married Arlin Minton on August 30, 1997.  He preceded her in death on November 10, 2010.

Surviving are 3 children, Hope, Austin, Heather; her parents, Connie and Gordon Shields; 4 siblings, Tanya (Steven) Kosloski, Shane Fitzpatrick, Ashley (Jimmy) Compton, Eric (Jessie Howard) Shields; companion, Kim LaFave; several nieces and nephews.

Cremation arrangements have been handled by the Bannan Funeral Home and a memorial service will be announced in a future edition of the Alpena News.
