John Felix Reo, 76, of 2550 Grant St. Apt. 104, Alpena passed away Saturday October 20, 2007 at Alpena Regional Medical Center.

Born March 8, 1931 in Flint to Joseph and Goldie (Trumble) Rioux and married Lily Slater on August 25, 1956. Mr. Reo worked for Minton Cedar Post for 20 years until his retirement in 1993.

Mr. Reo is survived by his wife Lily; 1 daughter Lillian Grabow of Alpena; 2 sons Farren (Grace) of Hessel, Johnny (Lori) of Alpena; 14 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; 3 brothers: Junior "Pete" (Luella "Dudy") of Saginaw, James (Lottie) of Alpena, George of Alpena; 3 sisters: Gladys Hamilton of Alpena, Patricia Cripps of Oregon, Elaine Clark of Florida.

Mr. Reo was preceded in death by one son Arthur in 1990; sister Mary Sweet and brother Lonzo.

Mr. Reo is at the Bannan Funeral Home where friends may call on Monday from 2-8 p.m. and where funeral service will take place on Tuesday at 1 p.m. with Rev. Arthur Fournier officiating.
