Gerald L. Olson, 80, of 10534 Ossineke Road, Ossineke, passed away at home on Friday, December 7, 2007.

Mr. Olson was born in Spruce on September 25, 1927 to the late Eddie and Tillie Olson.

He is survived by 1 son, Ronald of Florida; 1 daughter, Karen and Eugene Beaubien of Ossineke; 1 grandson, Kenneth and Amy Wieschowski; 2 step-grandchildren, Trent Beaubien and Tara Clegg; 3 great-grandchildren; 4 sisters, June Cross and Dorothy Novak of California,  May Yakes of Ossineke, Donna and   Richard Hatch of Alpena; several nieces and nephews.

Preceding him in death were 1 brother, Clarence Olson; 3 sisters, Gladys Chapman, Virginia Riley, and Clara Segorski.

Visitation will take place at Bannan Funeral Home Tuesday , December 11, 2007, from 12:00 noon until the time of the memorial service at 2:00 p.m.

Interment:  Evergreen Cemetery
