Edward Baryla, 77, of Alpena and formerly of Wyandotte, Michigan, passed away at home on Monday, July 26, 2010.

Beloved husband of Arlene and loving father of daughter, Diane of Dearborn.

Served in the U.S. Navy during Korean and Vietnam era, and was honorably discharged. He was employed for 43 years at Pennwalt Chemicals/Elf Atochem in Wyandotte. Edward was a former member of K of C in Dearborn and a member of F.O.E. Eagles, Ossineke.

Following cremation, a memorial service took place at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. Arrangements were handled by the Bannan Funeral Home.
