Brian Stephen Kazyaka, 58, of 203 S. Third Avenue, Alpena, passed away on Wednesday, June 6, 2012, at Alpena Regional Medical Center.

Surviving are 2 children, Stephen and Tina, Kelly; 3 grandchildren, Zachary, Autumn, Austin; his mother, Mary; 2 brothers, Duane and Chris, Keith and Paoletta; and several nieces and nephews.

Private services will take place at a later time.  Arrangements are being handled by the Bannan Funeral Home.
