Jon Charles Deno, 42, of Zephyrhills, Florida, passed away Tuesday, November 27, 2007, at home.

Born December 30, 1964 to Eugene and Marie (Gapske) Deno in Alpena.  Jon graduated in 1983 from Alpena High School.  He enjoyed playing guitar, singing, fishing, and hunting.  He had a big smile for everyone he met.  Jon worked for Tendercare and Hospice in Alpena before moving to Florida in 2004.

Surviving are his parents Eugene and Marie Deno; 8 siblings, Carol Kimball, Nancy Katzenberger, Mari (Jon) Crow, Rob (Nancy) Deno, Jeanne (David) Ellis, Susan (Jeff) Hanthorn, Jerry (Susan) Deno, Kathy (Tim) Ridner;  very special friend, Karen Stepanski, and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services for Mr. Deno will take place Tuesday, December 4, 2007, at the Bannan Funeral Home where friends may call  from 2 until time of service at 7 p.m. with Rev. Leslie Nye officiating.
