Lois M. Cramer, 87, of 363 S. Franklin Street, Alpena, passed away at home on Wednesday May 7, 2008.

Lois was born in Rogers City on September 26, 1920 to the late William and Freda (Platt) Hamann, and on May 21, 1938 she married Thomas Cramer. He preceded her in death on November 10, 1997.

Mrs. Cramer was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Alpena and the Esther Circle.

Surviving are 3 daughters, Johanne (Nicholas) Bodany of St. Clair, Ronda (Rick) Patchkowski of Alpena, Audrey (John) Minton of Missouri; 3 sons, Kenneth and Gail of Rochester Hills, Robert of Warren, Timothy of Alpena; 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and 1 sister, Iris (Art) Moggie of Ossineke.

Preceding her in death were a daughter, Bonnie; a son, Ronald; 1 granddaughter; 1 great-grandson; and 3 brothers, William, Loren, and Delmar.

Mrs. Cramer is at the Bannan Funeral Home where friends may call on Sunday from 2 - 8 p.m. Visitation will continue on Monday at St. Paul Lutheran Church from 10 until time of service at 11 a.m. with Rev. Rodney Haselhuhn officiating.
