Louise H. Brandenburg, 90, of 10277 M-65 South, Lachine, passed away on Friday, October 12, 2007, at Tendercare of Alpena.

Louise was born in Alpena County on October 8, 1917 to the late William and Ida (Frederick) Dege.  On May 27, 1938 she married Lawrence Brandenburg in Detroit.   He preceded her in death on May 10, 1970.

Mrs. Brandenburg was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Herron.

Surviving are a brother, Albert and Barb Dege of Herron; 2 sisters, Margaret Kirchoff of Alpena and Grace and Elmer Goodrich of Hillman; and several nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death were a brother, Otto Dege; and 3 sisters, Clara Bartz, Ruth Palmer, and Irene Sleeper.

Visitation will take place Sunday at St. Paul Lutheran Church from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Robert L. Mikkelson officiating.  Arrangements are being handled by Bannan Funeral Home.

Interment:  Evergreen Cemetery
