Brian C. Bailey, 47, 1191 Dow Dr. , Alpena passed away suddenly Saturday August 11, 2007 at St. Mary's of Michigan in Saginaw .

Brian was born March 2, 1960 in Alpena to R.
Curtis and Ilze (Barnaks) Bailey and married Diane Jo. Weber on October 3, 1987.

Along with his wife, Diane and three sons, Andrew, Marshall, and Weston, Brian has owned and operated Summit Sports in Alpena for over thirty years.  His passions where his family, wind surfing, water skiing and downhill skiing.    He was a past president of the Alpena Downtown Business Association.

Surviving are his wife Diane, sons; Andrew, Marshall and Weston; his mother Ilze Bailey of Alpena; two brothers Raymond and wife Janice of Hamilton, Steven and wife Jane of Alpena; neices and nephews Ryan, Megan, Dylan, Garrett and Erin; his father and mother in law Daniel and Betty Weber of Saginaw .

He was preceded in death by his father R. Curtis Bailey, and nephew Justin Bailey.

Monday from 6-8
Tuesday from 2-8

Funeral service:
Wednesday at 11 a.m. with Rev. Patrick Maher officiating.

Evergreen Cemetery
