John Robert Eaton, 57, of 10197 Ossineke Rd., Ossineke passed away Saturday, April 18, 2009 at home following an extended illness.

John was born on July 17, 1951 in Flint to Robert and Meredith (Baxter) Eaton and married Mary Ager on July 10, 1971 at St. Catherine Catholic Church.

He is survived by his wife Mary; daughter Christy and husband Scott Barbeau; sons Tim and wife Sheila, Mike and wife Lace all of Ossineke; seven grandson: Matt, Jake, Tyler, Kyle, Caleb, Johnny, David; his father Robert; and sister Sherry Eaton both of Clio.

He was preceded in death by his mother Meredith.

Mr. Eaton is at the Bannan Funeral Home where friends may call on Tuesday from 2 p.m. until time of service at 7 p.m. with Rev. James Kendziorski officiating.

Interment: St. Catherine Cemetery
