Josephena Anna Boboltz,
94, of Ossineke, passed away Monday, January 19, 2009, at The Country Care Home.

Born in Ocqueoc, Michigan on May 13, 1914 to the late Albert and Anna (Ostrofski) Domke and married Clarence H. Boboltz on October 28, 1939. He preceded her in death on October 27, 1982.

Josephena was a charter member of Hope Lutheran Church, 4-H Leader, and a member of V.F.W. Auxiliary and Ossineke Eagles. She enjoyed gardening, traveling, hunting, and camping.

Surviving are 2 sons, Aaron (Myra) of Ossineke, LeRoy (Ruth) of Ortonville; 1 daughter, Eunice Boboltz of Westminister, CO; 9 grandchildren, Michele Sylvester, Dan and Melissa Boboltz, Melissa Fincher, Tammi and Frank Worvie, Bruce Boboltz, Mark and Rochelle, Arlyn, Adam, Marty Leo; 12 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; 1 sister, Marie Allen; 5 brothers, Marvel (Dorothy) Domke, Morris (Alica) Domke, Herbert (Christina) Domke, Ben (Caroline) Domke, Otis (Shirley) Domke; and several nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death were 6 brothers and sisters, Paul Domke, Esther Foldoe, Anna Schwiesou, Albert Domke, Mayend Krey, and Bruno Domke.

Mrs. Boboltz is at the Bannan Funeral Home where family and friends may call on Thursday from 2-8 p.m. Visitation will continue Friday at Hope Lutheran Church from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Herbert Kitzman officiating.
